In the settlement of Bilohorodka, Bucha district, Kyiv region, people discovered a gruesome find - the crucified body of a dead animal, skinned, was found in the yard of one of the private houses. This was reported by UNN with reference to the "Plyushka" Charitable Association for Animal Protection.

As noted by animal volunteers, this is not the first time such gruesome finds have been discovered. Law enforcement officers are currently working at the scene.
Later, volunteers found out that it was a marten.

A UNN journalist called the police. They reported that they had already opened proceedings under Article 299 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (cruelty to animals, which led to their death or mutilation). The sanction of the article provides for one to eight years of imprisonment.
