“Poltavaoblenergo announced the introduction of a schedule of emergency power outages in the region on October 23. According to the order of NPC Ukrenergo, the volume of outages is 30 MW.

"According to the order of NPC Ukrenergo, on October 23, the region applied the emergency outage schedule in the amount of 30 MW," Poltavaoblenergo reported on Telegram after 8:30 a.m.
