It is noted that last week, on July 29, the Chinese government's special representative for Eurasian affairs, Li Hui, visited Brazil. During his talks with advisers to the Brazilian president and deputy foreign minister, the parties exchanged views on the Ukrainian crisis.
In particular, Li Hui noted that the current war between Russia and Ukraine is still ongoing, and the priority is to "cool down" the situation.
