Details
The Head of State thanked Switzerland for all the support provided and, in particular, for the readiness to help in bringing peace closer.
"I informed Mr. President about the constant Russian attacks and our needs for strengthening air defense. I spoke about the situation at the front and Ukrainian long-range sanctions. Our middle-strikes and deep-strikes quite rightly force Russia to feel the consequences of the war it unleashed,"
According to him, the parties also discussed which sanction steps by partners could also force Russia to sit down at the negotiating table.
"We also talked about cooperation in the energy sector. Switzerland helped us get through this winter, and we count on further support. Thank you, Switzerland!"
