On the night of April 18, units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces struck four important facilities of the Russian oil refining industry at once. This was reported by UNN with reference to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Details
The strikes hit the Novokuibyshevsk and Syzran oil refineries in Russia's Samara region, the RPK-Vysotsk Lukoil-2 oil loading terminal in the Leningrad region, and the Tikhoretsk oil pumping station in the Krasnodar Krai.
As noted by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, all facilities are involved in providing for the armed forces of the Russian occupiers. A number of enemy fuel and lubricant storage sites in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, particularly in the Mariupol area, were also hit.
Ukrainian soldiers also struck enemy repair unit locations in the areas of Mangush (TOT Donetsk region), Tokmak (TOT Zaporizhzhia region), and Grafske (TOT Donetsk region).
The Defense Forces continue to take measures to undermine the military-economic potential of the Russian occupiers and force Russia to stop its armed aggression against Ukraine.
