Zelenskyy said he has never discussed a ceasefire or a dialogue with Putin with Hungarian Prime Minister Orban. He considers some aspects of Orban's policies unfriendly, but hopes for a diplomatic solution.
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that he had never spoken with Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban about a ceasefire or a dialogue with Russian dictator Vladimir Putin. He said this during the final press conference, an UNN correspondent reports.
I have never talked to Orban about a ceasefire or about a dialogue with Putin, never. Perhaps he raised this topic with his friends, or EU leaders, or somewhere abroad. Maybe in the United States. There was something in his speech, but I don't know. For me, it's a bit strange, because sometimes his policies are not very friendly to us. He knows this, and he heard this fact from me.

Zelensky noted that during their conversation in Argentina, he asked Orban why they could not organize an official meeting.
"I asked him: tell me why we can't organize an official meeting between us. He couldn't give me an answer either. I think we could find a diplomatic solution. Our sides will work on it," Zelensky said.
