President Zelenskyy announced that Rustem Umerov will head the Foreign Intelligence Service. Ihor Klymenko will become the new Secretary of the NSDC.
Rustem Umerov will be appointed head of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said on Monday during an annual meeting with ambassadors, UNN reports.

Ukraine has already signed 9 Drone Deals agreements on drones, 15 more documents are being prepared, and Umerov will be involved in coordinating this issue, as well as the diplomatic track, negotiations with the US and other partners.
"This week there will be a special format of the NSDC," Zelenskyy also announced, adding that it will concern the implementation of resilience plans. "Those who do not implement resilience plans for the regions will be held accountable," he noted.
