The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has approved the procedure for filing complaints about the lack of communication through the Diia app. The new feature will allow citizens to report communication problems directly through the app. UNN reports this with reference to the government's representative in the Verkhovna Rada, Taras Melnychuk.
The Procedure for Submission of Information Notification on Impossibility of Receiving Electronic Communication Services by Mobile Subscribers via the Unified State Web Portal of Electronic Services was approved. The Procedure defines the mechanism for submitting an information message about the inability to receive electronic communication services by means of the Unified State Web Portal of Electronic Services, in particular, using the Diia mobile application, in order to monitor the quality and availability of electronic communication services, and to formulate proposals for amendments to the legislation necessary for the development of the electronic communications sector.
