Ukrainians spent more than UAH 11 billion on new cars in October: what brands they choose

In October, Ukrainians purchased new passenger cars worth UAH 11.1 billion, up 12% year-on-year. Half of all funds were spent on cars of five brands, with BMW leading the way with UAH 1.374 billion.

Ukrainians reportedly spent 12% more money in October than last year and 3% more than in the previous month. About half of this amount was spent on cars of just five brands.
- The most money was paid for cars of the premium German brand BMW - UAH 1.374 billion.
- The second result was achieved by Toyota, whose dealers earned UAH 1.217 billion.
- Mercedes-Benz is in third place with UAH 1.204 billion.
- VOLKSWAGEN raised more than UAH 822 million, ranking fourth.
- RENAULT rounds out the top five in this ranking with UAH 697 million.
The TOP-10 brands of new cars that Ukrainians were not stingy with in October also included: AUDI, SKODA, PORSCHE, LAND ROVER, LEXUS.
According to Ukravtoprom, since the beginning of the year, Ukraine has sold new passenger cars worth UAH 104.2 billion, which is 20% more than in the same period in 2023.
