Ukrainian national team forward Dovbyk becomes Serie A player of the month

The Italian Serie A has announced Artem Dovbyk, the forward of the Ukrainian national team and Roma, as the league's player of the month in March. The Ukrainian has three goals in four league matches for Roma. This is reported by the official website of Serie A, reports UNN.

"The EA SPORTS FC Player of the Month award for March has been awarded to Roma player Artem Dovbyk, and his Player of the Month card is now available in EA SPORTS FC 25 Ultimate Team mode. The trophy will be presented during the pre-match meeting between Roma and Verona, which will take place on Saturday, April 19, 2025 at 20:45 at the Stadio Olimpico in Rome," the statement reads.

It is noted that in the voting for the best player in Serie A, Dovbyk beat Inter midfielder Niccolò Barella, Como midfielder Luca Da Cunha, Fiorentina midfielder Niccolò Fagioli, Bologna forward Riccardo Orsolini, as well as Udinese defender Omar Solé.

"Artem Dovbyk continues his growth, side by side with the brilliant results of Roma. The three goals scored by the Ukrainian striker in March were decisive in bringing precious points to the Giallorossi in the fight for a place in future European competitions. In his first year in Serie A, Dovbyk has already scored 11 goals, establishing himself as a full-fledged centre-forward, a pure striker, capable of occupying the penalty area thanks to his excellent physical preparation and finding ways to score with various solutions," said Serie A CEO Luigi De Siervo.

It should be noted that Dovbyk's special card with a rating of 89 is now available in the EA SPORTS FC 25 football simulator in Ultimate Team mode.
