Ukraine's Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiga called the Russian minister a criminal and left the OSCE meeting room before his speech. The Ukrainian minister was followed by a number of foreign diplomats.
Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiga left the OSCE plenary hall before the Russian minister began his speech, UNN reports , citing the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry.

At the end of his speech, Andriy Sebiga called the Russian minister a criminal and left the OSCE meeting room. A number of other foreign ministers and diplomats followed suit.

Malta has canceled Maria Zakharova's visa to participate in the OSCE ministerial meeting on December 5-6. The Russian Foreign Ministry called it an unprecedented case and promised to pay “special attention” to it.
