The national team of Ukraine in academic rowing won 5th place in the medal standings of the 2026 European Championships, which concluded in Varese (Italy). This was reported by UNN.

Over three competition days, Ukrainians earned 5 medals: 1 gold, 2 silver, and 2 bronze. Greece achieved a similar result, sharing fifth place with Ukraine in the medal standings.
The only gold for Ukraine was brought by Anna Sheremet in para-rowing singles.
The most medals at Euro-2026 were won by the German national team - 12. However, in the medal standings, the Germans took only second place, losing to Romania in the number of gold awards - 5 to 6.
