We consider these accusations to be a planned provocation by the Kremlin to further fuel anti-Ukrainian hysteria in Russian society, create conditions for increased mobilization of Russian citizens to participate in the criminal aggression against our country and discredit Ukraine in the eyes of the international community

the statement reads.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine added that the Russian regime has a long history of bloody provocations by special services, such as the terrorist attack on the Kashirskoye highway in 1999.

There are no red lines for Putin's dictatorship. It is ready to kill its own citizens for political purposes, just as it has killed thousands of Ukrainian civilians during the war against Ukraine as a result of missile strikes, artillery shelling and torture

the Ukrainian diplomatic service emphasized.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine called on the international community to strongly reject Russia's false accusations of Ukraine's alleged involvement in the shooting in Krasnohorsk and to strengthen support in countering Russia's criminal aggression.
