The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has no confirmation regarding the origin of the sea drone found off the coast of Greece. Ukraine is ready to cooperate with Athens to clarify all circumstances.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine has no confirmation regarding the origin of the maritime drone found off the coast of Greece. This was stated by MFA spokesperson Heorhii Tykhyi, UNN reports.
Details
According to him, Kyiv is open to cooperation with the Greek side regarding the incident.
"As of now, the Ukrainian side has no information about the drone found in Greece. There is no evidence of its belonging to Ukrainian maritime drone operators,"
He emphasized that Ukraine is ready to cooperate with the Greek side to clarify all circumstances of the incident if Athens submits a corresponding request.

Recently, Greek sappers carried out a controlled explosion of a maritime drone carrying explosives, which fishermen discovered in the Ionian Sea near the island of Lefkada. It is reportedly a Ukrainian-made "Magura" maritime drone. There were about 100 kilograms of explosives on board.
