US President Donald Trump has announced that the Department of Government Efficiency will cease operations because cooperation with Elon Musk, who was involved as a special civil servant, has a limited term of 130 days. 

According to Trump, the CEO of Tesla and SpaceX plays an important role, but sooner or later will return to managing his own companies. The President stressed that he highly appreciates Musk for his intelligence and achievements, and admitted that he would like to keep him in the government as long as possible. 

Answering a question about the future of the agency after Musk's departure, Trump noted that federal agencies have gained enough experience to continue working independently. He suggested that some employees will remain on the team, but at some point the ministry will cease to exist.
