Tomorrow, April 20, has been declared a Day of Mourning in Dnipro to commemorate the victims of the Russian missile strike that killed 8 people, including 2 children.

Saturday, April 20 , has been declared a day of mourning in Dnipro for those killed by Russian missile strikes. This was stated by the mayor of the city Boris Filatov in his Telegram channel, UNN reports.

Details 

Reportedly, in order to honor the memory of the victims of the tragedy that occurred on 19.04.2024 as a result of the shelling of the Dnipro region by the Russian Federation, a Day of Mourning was declared in the regional center on April 20. 

On this day, the State Flags of Ukraine will be at half-mast on the Dnipro City Council building, buildings and structures of municipal enterprises, institutions and establishments of the city council.

It is also recommended that enterprises, institutions, organizations of all forms of ownership in the city of Dnipro join the commemoration of the victims and hang the State Flags of Ukraine with black ribbons on their buildings.

So far, 8 people have been killed in Dnipro and Synelnykove, including two children.  Doctors managed to save a 6-year-old boywho was seriously wounded in an enemy attack on the Dnipro region. 

According to the Office of the Prosecutor General , 29 people were wounded.
