Details

At the request of the Security Service of Ukraine, the ARMA identified assets of individuals and legal entities that carried out illegal economic activities in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, cooperating with the enemy. The pre-trial investigation established the facts of systematic provision of vehicles by individual citizens of Ukraine for the transportation of Russian occupation troops, as well as maintenance and repair of the aggressor's military equipment. All this was done in cooperation with the so-called occupation authorities. In particular, according to the agreements concluded with the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, the traitors of Ukraine transported military equipment, weapons and other military hardware used by the enemy in the war against Ukraine

The ARMA adds that based on the results of processing the SBU's request, specialists of the Asset Finding and Tracing Department of the ARMA identified and analyzed information on the beneficial owners and controlled persons, as well as the presence of other assets in their possession.

As a result of a thorough analysis, ARMA found that:

authorized capital by more than UAH 600 thousand;

Our cooperation with the SBU demonstrates the effectiveness of interagency cooperation in the fight against traitors and collaborators. Anyone who betrayed Ukraine will be deprived of illegally acquired assets and will be held fairly accountable
