Russian DRGs are trying to break through the border of the Sumy region, their tactics have changed. There is no formed group on the territory of Belarus, in the direction of our border, Demchenko said.

There is no formed group in Belarus, in the direction of our border. At the same time, Russian DRGs continue to try to break through the border of Sumy region in the area of Krasnopilska community, closer to Kharkiv region. These attempts are stopped in time by the Ukrainian military. This was announced during a briefing on Tuesday by the spokesman of the State Border Guard Service Andriy Demchenko, reports UNN correspondent.

The tactics of these DRGs, according to him, are different from the attempts of small sabotage groups, which are mindlessly thrown into the territory of Ukraine, so that they can gain a foothold.
"This is the tactic of saboteurs who are trained to conduct sabotage and who have the task of exposing the construction of our defense and, if possible, attacking the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on their own, because these groups can reach 15 people," Demchenko explained.
According to him, our soldiers understand this threat and use technical means of controlling the area, use UAVs to detect such groups in time and inflict damage on them: at a minimum - to knock them out of the territory of Ukraine and inflict the greatest damage.
Regarding Belarus, Demchenko indicated that if there is any number of Russian soldiers left there, it is support and logistics units, "and not those units that could form a strike group that would threaten Ukraine." However, the task of our intelligence is to continue to monitor this direction as well, Demchenko added.
This direction... remains threatening for us, but we do not observe any non-standard actions, or actions that could be aimed at destabilizing the situation along the border line. In addition, there is no formed group on the territory of Belarus, in the direction of our border. This applies to both units - the army of Belarus and the army of the Russian Federation.
