The event will be closed. Employees of the State Security Service of Saudi Arabia asked journalists to leave the territory of The Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Russian media report.

The day before, in Saudi Arabia, US representatives met with a Ukrainian delegation. The details of the negotiations are unknown, but the Minister of Defense of Ukraine Rustem Umerov called the meeting "constructive and meaningful."
President Volodymyr Zelensky also described the meeting on March 23 in Riyadh as constructive. The President of Ukraine stressed that the agenda included proposals for the protection of Ukrainian energy facilities and critical infrastructure, and representatives of the Ministry of Energy participated in the meeting. Zelensky also reminded that "since March 11 there has been a proposal for an unconditional ceasefire".
