"Now, to apply for combatant status, you have to apply either to a special commission or to a military unit. Soon it will be possible to do all this through the Diia portal in a few clicks. This will simplify the lives of our defenders and reduce the burden on military units," said Fedorov.
According to him, the Diia app already offers UBD IDs for military personnel and their families.
"We are working to ensure that defense lawyers do not stand in lines and do not waste time on paperwork," the head of the Ministry of Digital Transformation summarized.
