The draft law on mobilization should remove the provision on limiting the term of service under martial law. This was reported by MP Iryna Friz, UNN reports.

She clarified that the document received 13 votes, with five abstentions.

According to her, this issue should be regulated by a separate law, the draft of which should be developed by the government.

The Cabinet of Ministers is instructed to develop and submit to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine a draft law on improving the mechanisms of rotation of servicemen under martial law, their dismissal and medical and social rehabilitation
