By a majority vote in the Verkhovna Rada, the provision limiting military service under martial law to 36 months was removed from the draft law on mobilization.
The draft law on mobilization should remove the provision on limiting the term of service under martial law. This was reported by MP Iryna Friz, UNN reports.

She clarified that the document received 13 votes, with five abstentions.
By a majority vote, the provision on dismissal from military service after 36 months was withdrawn from consideration.
According to the appeal of the Commander-in-Chief and the Minister of Defense to the government, which promptly appealed to the Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada Stefanchuk, giving him grounds to address the committee, the provision on dismissal from military service after 36 months was removed from consideration by a majority vote today
According to her, this issue should be regulated by a separate law, the draft of which should be developed by the government.
The Cabinet of Ministers is instructed to develop and submit to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine a draft law on improving the mechanisms of rotation of servicemen under martial law, their dismissal and medical and social rehabilitation
