The Parliament supported the classification of oil and gas condensate as excisable goods

The Parliament passed in the first reading a draft law that classifies oil, gas condensate and solvents as excisable goods with zero excise tax.

At today's meeting, the Verkhovna Rada adopted in the first reading the draft law "On Amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine and Other Laws of Ukraine on the Introduction of a System of Control over the Turnover of Oil, Gas Condensate and Solvents", which plans to include oil and oil products, as well as natural gas condensate, as excisable goods with a zero excise tax rate.  This was reported by UNN with reference to MP Yaroslav Zheleznyak and draft law No. 10215. 

The Parliament adopted as a basis #10215 on the de-shadowing of the oil products market (control over the circulation of oil, gas condensate and solvents). For the basis - 279

He added that this is a very important draft law, which is the result of more than six months of work by the PIC, the Committee, the tax authorities, the Ministry of Finance and business associations. 

According to the draft law, oil and oil products, as well as natural gas condensate, are to be classified as excisable goods with a zero excise rate. It is also planned to include some solvents with a rate of 245 euros per 1000 liters and the possibility of using tax bills.
