The National Police confirmed that an investigative team had been sent to the scene of the alleged beating of MP Oleksandr Dubinsky in the pre-trial detention center. This was reported to a journalist of UNN by the Communications Department of the National Police.

This information was received by the police from a lawyer who reported that his client had been injured while in the pre-trial detention center. The pre-trial detention center does not belong to the National Police units, but, of course, an investigative team was sent to the scene

Earlier UNN reported that the police received a report of Dubinsky's alleged beating in the pre-trial detention center, and the group went to the scene.

The Telegram channel of MP Oleksandr Dubinsky reportedthat the MP was allegedly beaten in the pre-trial detention center.

The Pechersk District Court of Kyiv remanded MP Oleksandr Dubinskyi, who is suspected of high treason, in custody until January 12, 2024.
