NACP suspends one of the functions in the register of declarations: what you should know

The NACP temporarily suspends the Data for Declarations function due to problems with the registers of the Ministry of Justice. Other functions of the Register of declarations continue to work as usual.
The National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption (NAPC) is suspending the Data for Declaration function in the Register of Declarations until the registers of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine resume their work, the agency said on Tuesday, UNN reports.

"The NACP temporarily suspends the function "Data for Declaration" in the Unified State Register of Declarations of Persons Authorized to Perform State or Local Government Functions until the registers of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine are restored to stable operation. All other functions of the Register of Declarations are operating as usual," the agency said.
It is noted that "the absence of data exchange with the registers of the Ministry of Justice does not allow to fully generate the certificate ‘Data for the declaration’ and/or may extend the period of its formation for an indefinite period". As indicated, the National Agency will inform additionally about the resumption of this function of the Register of Declarations.

The NACP reminded that the annual public officials' declaration campaign - 2024 - will start on January 1, 2025, and will last until March 31 inclusive. "If you need to submit a declaration urgently, you can do so by collecting all the necessary data yourself," the NACP said.
