The Ministry of Defense has set deadlines for the return of military personnel from AWOL to service. The review of the report will take up to seven days, after which the serviceman must arrive at the unit within five days.
The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has determined the procedure and timeline for the return to service of military personnel who are in the status of unauthorized absence (AWOL). This was reported by the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, writes UNN.

In particular, military personnel can reinstate through the "Army+" application, directly at a military unit, or through the 1st Recruiting Center of the Ground Forces.
If a report is submitted through "Army+", its review will take up to seven days. After approval, the serviceman will have five days to arrive at the unit. During this period, the application will display the status "On the way", which must be presented to representatives of the TCC, VSP, or police during inspections.

If a serviceman applies directly to the chosen unit, he submits a report on the spot and is immediately enrolled in the lists of temporarily arrived personnel with the restoration of food supply. Data verification also takes up to seven days.
A similar period is provided for reports submitted through the Recruiting Center of the Ground Forces. If approved, the serviceman receives a paper order confirming participation in the return program after AWOL, which is valid for five days.
After arriving at the unit, the registration procedure will depend on whether the serviceman was removed from the lists of the previous unit. If not, he will be temporarily enrolled in the arrived personnel until formalities are completed. If the removal has already occurred, the serviceman will be enrolled in the personnel on the same day with the restoration of monetary and other types of support.
