The Cabinet of Ministers has distinguished between the categories of persons with dependents and those who provide permanent care. The mechanism for obtaining a certificate of permanent care was improved and the procedure for its issuance was regulated.
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has amended the rules of deferral from mobilization, distinguishing between citizens who have dependents and those who have persons who are under constant care. This was announced by the representative of the Cabinet of Ministers in the Verkhovna Rada Taras Melnychuk, reports UNN.
Amendments were made to the Procedure for Conscription of Citizens for Military Service during Mobilization, for a Special Period regarding the Review of Documents Confirming the Right to Deferment for Persons Who, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine N 3633-IX “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine on Certain Issues of Military Service, Mobilization and Military Registration”, have dependents and persons under their care, distinguishing between these two categories of persons and the sets of documents confirming this fact
He also said that the mechanism for obtaining a certificate of permanent care has been improved, and the procedure and timeframe for its issuance have been regulated.
