The enemy on the night of Friday, July 17, struck the territory of Sumy with guided aerial bombs. This was reported by the head of the Sumy Regional Military Administration, Oleh Hryhorov, reports UNN.

According to him, five strikes with KABs (guided aerial bombs) were recorded.
There are hits on civilian infrastructure in several parts of the city, including two strikes in the central area. In one of the epicenters of the strike, a non-residential multi-story building was damaged. Hundreds of windows were blown out in surrounding buildings
He added that the inspection of the areas continues, all necessary services are working on the sites, and information on casualties and the scale of the consequences is being clarified.
