The enemy is recruiting orphans from the occupied territories to study at the academy of the "investigative committee" - National Resistance Center

Russian occupiers are aggressively recruiting Ukrainian children from the occupied territories to their repressive academies, promising free education and distribution throughout Russia, pursuing a policy of genocide and raising "janissaries" loyal to the regime.
Departmental academies of the repressive apparatus of the Russian Federation, namely the Investigative Committee, are agitating boarding school graduates from the temporarily occupied territories to enroll in free education, UNN reports with reference to the Center for National Resistance.

According to the Center, these are academies in Moscow, St. Petersburg and a branch located in the captured Luhansk . The occupants further promise to distribute them to different regions of the Russian Federation.
"That is, first the Russians killed or tortured or kidnapped the parents, and then they offer the child to become a Gestapo member in the service of the regime. This is a typical colonial policy of genocide, in which the enemy raises a janissary," the statement reads.
The Center for National Resistance warned that the average age of the "investigative committee" employees is usually much lower than the average age of a TOT resident, and called for information about each "investigator" who is on a business trip to Ukraine.
