A 24-year-old man was charged with spilling a foul-smelling liquid in a movie theater. He faces a fine, community service, or up to fifteen days in jail.

Law enforcement officers identified the offender who spilled a pungent liquid in a cinema in the capital's Podil district and drew up a report for petty hooliganism, UNN reports.

The incident took place on April 20 during the SUNNY BUNNY film festival. A young man, while in one of the cinema halls, spilled a pungent liquid, thereby trying to obstruct the LGBT film festival.
Police quickly identified the man — he turned out to be a 24-year-old local resident.
District officers of the Podil Police Department drew up an administrative protocol against him under Article 173 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (petty hooliganism).
The sanction of the article provides for a fine, community or correctional labor, or administrative arrest for up to fifteen days.
