According to him, the actions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine also forced the Russian Federation to close the Russian fleet in the port of Novorossiysk.
"In particular, the missile carriers of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation, which are located there and think more about their safety than performing functional combat tasks," Bratchuk added.
