The primary goal is to secure financial resources for Ukraine, which will amount to at least $38 billion next year. Particular attention is being paid to the confiscation of frozen Russian assets, which could become an important source of funding.
In addition, Shmyhal emphasized the need to bring equipment to Ukraine, including demining machines, robots and drones to help automate processes, as well as medical vehicles, including medevacs, to evacuate soldiers from the combat zone. The need for rescue equipment is currently about 1,500 units.
An equally important task is to provide energy equipment to restore the facilities destroyed by Russian attacks and build a new system of distributed electricity and heat generation. Government programs have already been implemented to support businesses and citizens, simplify procedures for importing energy equipment, and remove bureaucratic barriers.
The Prime Minister urged Ukrainian diplomats to focus on these tasks, thanking them for their efforts for Ukraine's victory.
