Russian forces shelled residential areas in the Kherson region, damaging buildings and infrastructure, killing one person.
In the Kherson region, Russian troops shelled 11 settlements, including Kherson, hitting residential buildings and a gas pipeline, killing one person, the head of the Kherson RMA, Oleksandr Prokudin, said on Wednesday, UNN reports.

According to Prokudin, the enemy fired at Tokarivka, Antonivka, Sadove, Kizomys, Veletynske, Tomyna Balka, Beryslav, Mykhailivka, Zmiivka, Tyahyntsi and the city of Kherson over the past day.
According to him, the Russian military hit residential areas of the region's settlements, damaging a multi-storey building and 5 private houses. A commercial building and a gas pipeline were also hit. The gas leak has been shut off, there are no fires or threats.
"One person died because of Russian aggression," Prokudin wrote on Telegram.
