Three crew members were killed and four injured when a Russian missile hit the fishing trawler Kapitan Lobanov during a Baltic Fleet exercise on March 19.
The fishing trawler "Captain Lobanov" was hit by a missile from the Russian Baltic Fleet. This was reported by the Dozhd TV channel with reference to the parents of one of the crew members, UNN reports.

The missile that hit the trawler was fired during a Baltic Fleet exercise. Before the incident, the crew members of the Captain Lobanov were about to go to bed when a missile fell on the captain's cabin.
Local authorities say that a fire broke out on board the trawler, and the cause of the incident is still unknown. In addition, the authorities report only one death.

The survivors were taken to a hospital in the city of Pionersk, and one of the victims is in serious condition.
"Dozhd reports that the victims were questioned in the hospital by FSB officers, who asked the crew not to disseminate information about the incident. Another missile, according to the TV channel's source, landed in fishing nets.
Russian media reports that during the March 19 exercise, a Boykoi corvette fired its onboard artillery.
After the firing was completed, the crew practiced striking with anti-ship missiles X-35 of the Uranus missile system on the ships of a conditional enemy with electronic launches.
