On August 9, Russian forces shelled Nikopol district with artillery and kamikaze drones. A 50-year-old woman was injured, and industrial and municipal facilities, residential buildings, a hospital, and infrastructure were damaged.
During the day, on August 9, Russian troops attacked Nikopol district several times. At least 1 person was injured as a result of enemy shelling. This was stated by the head of the Dnipropetrovs'k RMA Serhiy Lysak, reports UNN.

According to the head of the RMA, the enemy hit with artillery and kamikaze drones.
The Myrivska and Pokrovska communities in Nikopol district and the district center itself were subjected to hostile attacks throughout the day. (...) A 50-year-old woman was injured. She will recover from her experience at home
The shelling also caused fires, which rescuers extinguished
In addition, the shelling damaged industrial and utility companies, a hospital, and a sports school. Three apartment buildings and four private houses were also damaged. A gas pipeline and a power line were also damaged.
