An enemy ballistic missile strike on a high-rise building in Kryvyi Rih, Dnipro region, has left wounded, the head of the city's Defense Council, Oleksandr Vilkul, said in Telegram, UNN reports.

The "high-precision" creatures hit a high-rise building with ballistic missiles. The rescue operation is underway. We are all here. Rescuers, doctors and utilities are all here. There are wounded who have already been evacuated to the hospital," Vilkul wrote.
