As a result of russian shelling of Kharkiv region, two people were killed and two others were injured. This was reported by the Office of the Prosecutor General, UNN reports.

The Prosecutor's Office launched pre-trial investigations into the violation of the laws and customs of war (Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
According to the investigation, on November 9, at about 10:20 a.m., russian troops shelled Prudyanka village with artillery. A private residential building was hit. The owner, a 60-year-old man , suffered an acute stress reaction. Private households and a car were also damaged.
At approximately 11:00 a.m., the russian armed forces launched an air strike on Kupyansk.
Private households and multi-apartment residential buildings, outbuildings were damaged, 15 garages were destroyed, etc. A 61-year-old man was wounded.
As a result of the shelling, two passers-by, a man and a woman, were hit by wires from the power grid. A fire broke out. Unfortunately, the people died on the spot. Their bodies were badly burned. The victims are being identified
Previously, the occupiers attacked the city with KAB-1500.
