According to the investigation, on April 11, starting at 5:00 a.m., the enemy carried out massive missile attacks on the energy infrastructure of Kharkiv and the region. As indicated, there was damage to residential buildings and administrative buildings.
"According to preliminary data, the Russian army attacked the region with at least ten S-300 missiles from the territory of the Belgorod region of Russia," the prosecutor's office said.
Pre-trial investigations into the violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) have been initiated.
