Russian attack on Odesa kills two, injures 14

Two civilians died as a result of strikes on residential buildings in Odesa. Rescuers evacuated dozens of residents and eliminated large-scale destruction.

Two people were killed and 14 others were injured as a result of a night attack by Russian forces on Odesa. Residential buildings and civilian infrastructure were hit. This was reported by the State Emergency Service, writes UNN.

According to rescuers, a hit on a three-story residential building caused the destruction of apartments and a fire – six people were injured there.
Two more two-story buildings were destroyed. Firefighters rescued one person and evacuated 20 residents, including two children. Seven people were injured in this incident.
Separately, a drone hit another two-story building – two people died there, and one more person was injured. 16 residents were evacuated from the building.
Psychologists from the State Emergency Service worked at the shelling sites and provided assistance to more than 50 people, including three children.
More than 140 rescuers are involved in eliminating the consequences. Work is ongoing, information is being updated.
