She emphasized that in September and October 2022, this center had already modeled the consequences of the Kakhovka hydroelectric dam breach.
According to her, Ukraine is allegedly planning to destroy the dams of the Kyiv hydroelectric power plant and the Kaniv reservoir for another provocation against Russia.
