In the Krasnodar region of the Russian Federation, drones attacked a ferry ship in the port of Kavkaz. According to the governor of the region, there were injuries and one death among the crew and port employees.

Russia reported a drone attack  on a ferry ship in the morning of July 23 at the Kavkaz port in the Krasnodar region. According to the governor of the region, Veniamin Kondratiev, there are injured and dead among the crew and port workers. This was reported by UNN with reference to Kondratiev's post on Telegram. 

This morning, drones attacked a ferry ship in the port of Kavkaz. Emergency services are now working at the scene. The fire is localized and there is no threat of fire spread. Unfortunately, there are injured and dead among the crew and port workers

Kavkaz Port is the fifth largest port in Russia and the second largest port in the Black Sea-Azov basin after Novorossiysk Port, with 30.5 million tons transshipped in 2015. The port is one of the largest passenger ports in Russia.

Addendum

As reported by sources of UNN, as a result of an operation by the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, an oil refinery in the city of Tuapse, Krasnodar Territory, was attacked on the night of July 22, resulting in a fire at the facility.
