The russians put the commander of the Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Mykola Oleshchuk, on the wanted list for more than 100 alleged "terrorist acts" against russia.

It is noted that Leshchuk is wanted under Article 205 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (part 2, paragraphs "a", "c") "Terrorist act committed by an organized group, which caused significant property damage or other serious consequences".

The Russians accuse him of more than 100 "terrorist attacks," including drone strikes on targets in russia, during the full-scale war in Ukraine.

Also on this charge, the moscow District Court "arrested in absentia" the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ukrainian Defense Ministry, Kirill Budanov.

This was  the second arrest in absentia for the head of Ukrainian intelligence. For the first time, he was "arrested in absentia" by the Lefortovo court in Moscow over the Kerch Bridge explosion.
