Irpin is rebuilding the private sector destroyed by Russian aggression. 42 new houses are being built on Bagirova Street, with 67% of the work completed. The project is funded from the regional budget and with the support of international organizations.

In Irpin, Kyiv region, completely new houses are being built opposite the Irpinsky Lipki residential complex at 42 addresses to replace those that were destroyed as a result of Russian aggression. As of today, the work has been completed by 67%. This was announced on Tuesday by Ruslan Kravchenko, head of the RMA, UNN reports.

The reconstruction of the private sector in Irpin on Bagirova Street continues. These are the houses opposite the Irpinsky Lipki residential complex that were destroyed as a result of Russian aggression. Currently, completely new houses are being built here at 42 addresses. The area of the houses ranges from 70 to 180 m2. As of today, the works have been completed by 67%

- Kravchenko wrote on Facebook.

According to him, the foundations and walls of almost all the houses have been built, and roofs, window and door blocks have been installed in more than half of them. In addition, the facades of half of the houses have been insulated and finished.

Internal utilities have already been installed in most of the houses, and work is underway to install external utilities.

Rebuilding the private sector in a comprehensive manner. It is not only about restoring houses, but also about building utility networks and overhauling Bagirova Street. Water supply and sewerage have already been fully arranged.

"The work is being carried out at the expense of the regional budget of Kyiv region. At the same time, international organizations have joined the project. The UNHCR provided some of the building materials, and the Global Empowerment Mission Foundation is helping with the replacement of windows and door blocks," said the RMA chairman.

As Kravchenko pointed out, this is the second stage of restoring this private sector. Before that, the Kyiv Regional Military Administration overhauled private houses at 36 addresses.

We constantly monitor the quality of work and the timing of its implementation. I require all contractors to speed up the work as much as possible. Each stage of work is supervised by technical supervision specialists to ensure that everything meets the highest standards. I understand how important it is for people who have lost their homes to finally return home. We are doing everything possible to make it happen as soon as possible
