Russian shelling damaged residential buildings, institutions, and injured a woman in the village of Kupiansk-Vuzlovyi, Kharkiv region, prompting an investigation into violations of the laws and customs of war.
The Russian Armed Forces carried out an air strike on the village of Kupyansk-Vuzlovy on July 13 at about 11:50 a.m., injuring a woman. A pre-trial investigation into the violation of the laws and customs of war has been launched, UNN reports, citing the press service of the Kharkiv Prosecutor's Office.

On July 13, at about 11:50 a.m., the Russian military launched an air strike on the village of Kupyansk-Vuzlovyi. A 39-year-old woman was injured. Residential buildings, outbuildings, and the Nova Poshta office were damaged.
Under the procedural supervision of the Kupiansk District Prosecutor's Office of Kharkiv Region, a pre-trial investigation was initiated into the violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
Prosecutors and police investigators are taking all possible and appropriate measures to document war crimes committed by Russian military personnel.
