According to him, "the terrorist attack in Crocus was carried out by radical Islamists.
"Russia knows who committed the terrorist attack in the Crocus, but it is interested in who the customer is. It needs to clarify a number of other issues related to the participation of Islamists in the terrorist attack near Moscow... The attack in Crocus may be a link in a series of attempts by those who have been at war with Russia since 2014 with the help of the Kyiv regime," the Russian dictator added.
In addition, according to Putin, "it is necessary to answer the question why the terrorists tried to escape to Ukraine after committing the crime and who was waiting for them there.
According to Putin, "the United States is trying to convince everyone through various channels that there is no Kyiv trace in the bloody attack in the Crocus, that it was banned by ISIS.
