President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy is expected to attend a plenary session of the parliament tomorrow. This information was confirmed to UNN by a source in the Verkhovna Rada.

It is expected that the President of Ukraine will present the Resilience Plan as part of his annual address to the Verkhovna Rada. There are currently no further details on the content of the expected statement by the head of state.
At the same time, it is known that the Resilience Plan is aimed at strengthening Ukraine internally.
The information about it appeared in early November from President Zelensky himself. The Resilience Plan was a kind of continuation of Zelenskyy's Victory Plan , which, in turn, mainly provides for steps to be taken by foreign partners and the international community to achieve a just and sustainable peace.
