Over UAH 70 million allocated to reimburse expenses for April under the Shelter project

More than UAH 70 million has been allocated for April payments under the Shelter program. According to UNN, this was reported by the Ministry of Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories.

Details

It is reported that as part of the Shelter project, compensation for April 2024 was financed for a total of UAH 70.8 million. These funds were transferred to more than 63,000 homeowners who accommodated more than 161,000 internally displaced persons for free.

The ministry added that since the beginning of this year, compensation has been funded by the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) under an agreement signed with the Ministry of Reintegration.

The Mission continues to process data for May 2024. In addition, the Ministry of Reintegration has already transferred data to UNHCR to make the relevant payments for June 2024.
