The occupied Donetsk region has accumulated 3.62 million tons of hazardous waste that is not being utilized. Half of the toxic household waste is imported from Russia, and the volume of garbage continues to grow every month.

It is noted that the occupation authorities have turned the Donetsk region into a landfill for dumping garbage from the Rostov region. Thus, half of the toxic household waste is brought there from Russia.

The Resistance noted that the Russian occupation administration does not see this as a problem and convinces the locals that a waste processing plant will soon be built there.
