The NACP has provided open access to the Unified State Register of Declarations of Ukraine, with the exception of exceptions related to martial law.

On December 10, 2023, the National Agency for Corruption Prevention has fulfilled the requirements of Law No. 3384-IX and provided open round-the-clock access to the Unified State Register of Asset Declarations. This was was reported by the NACP press service, according to UNN.

It is noted that if the Register does not contain a declaration of a certain person, it means that the NACP has received a request to remove it from from public access.

Removal of documents from the public part of the Register of declarations is possible even after its opening until the end or lifting of martial law in Ukraine, but in this case they will remain in the public domain for some time. access.

Context

Based on the submissions, not only declarations but also notifications are removed from public access only declarations, but also notifications of significant changes in property status submitted for all periods. All documents submitted to the Register by declarants in respect of whom measures have already been taken on the basis of protection measures have already been applied, are removed from public access automatically. access automatically.
