"Mriya" will have tools to counter bullying and strengthen the safety of children in schools - Zelenskyy

The national educational platform "Mriya" will receive new functions aimed at protecting students, in particular - tools to counter bullying and increase safety during air raids. This was stated by the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi during a speech at the EdTech event of the educational ecosystem of the Ministry of Digital Transformation and the Ministry of Education and Science, reports the correspondent of UNN.

Safety is a key priority. There will be a function when, for example, parents will be able to see that children are going down to the shelter during an air raid

- Zelenskyy noted.

The President focused separately on the topic of school bullying, which, according to him, unfortunately occurs not only in Ukraine, but also in many countries of the world.

There is not always a timely response in the school itself, when adults see that something is happening to children, let's say, something is wrong. Yes? Therefore, among the functions of "Mriya" there must be an opportunity, first of all, for the children themselves to report what they see or what is happening to them

- added Zelenskyy.
