Morning attack of the Russian Federation: Keeper calls situation in Odesa region difficult

As a result of Russia's morning attack in Odesa region, critical infrastructure has been disrupted. We have deployed 445 stabilization points in the region, and 300 more are ready to go.
The head of the Odesa regional state administration, Oleh Kiper, spoke about the consequences of the morning Russian attack on Odesa, UNN reports .

He clarified that the situation is complicated.
Many places in the region have no heat, electricity or water supply. All services are involved to restore water supply and heat to homes and critical infrastructure within a few hours. As for electricity, we are currently working with all services to restore it as soon as possible
Kiper added that 445 points of invincibility have been deployed so far.
More than 300 more have been prepared. We will analyze the situation in the region and after 2 p.m. I will report on the current state of affairs
Kiper also expressed his condolences to the families of those killed in the morning attack in Odesa.
"We are still clearing the rubble, and the data is being clarified. I will provide you with the exact information later," he added.

UNN reported that as a result of the Russian attack on Odesa region, two people were killed and a 17-year-old boy was wounded. Seven houses were damaged in the region, and there were problems with communications, which are gradually being restored.
